Tracy Anderson Talks Kim Kardashian's Post-Baby Weight Loss: She's Taking Her Time

Ask any new mom and she'll quickly tell you that losing baby weight is no easy feat and takes quite a bit of discipline and determination.
For celebrities, most rely on the expertise and guidance of a trusted trainer to whip them back into shape weeks after the baby is born.
In the case of Kim Kardashian, she turns to fitness expert Tracy Anderson, who has worked with plenty of hot Hollywood bodies including Gwyneth PaltrowMolly Sims andCameron Diaz, so we were excited to speak to her about Kim's current progress. 
"She's a gorgeous woman. I think the reason why the weight is coming off is because she's very connected. I went and met little North and Kim's really taking it in stride," Anderson told us. "She's really connected to the baby, which is what's important. She's focused on the baby and nursing and taking her time."
We love the sound of that!
And when it comes to bouncing back after baby, Anderson, who is a mom herself, is certainly the expert in the category. 
She's done extensive research and released The Pregnancy Project DVD and Tracy Anderson Method: Post-Pregnancy Workout DVD specifically to help women during this special time.
"As soon as your doctor releases you, it's really important to carve out as much time as you can to reconnect to yourself, but be realistic. It's a tough journey back," she says.
Sounds like Kim is in good hands!
